IZI Technology has developed multiple solution for multiple customers. This portfolio is a brief example of custom designs for some of our customers.
An existing Gamma Probe for medical applications was redesigned to be wireless. Basically a Gamma Probe is a device
that detects Gamma Photons and is used to detect cancer during surgery. The original design used a power hungry Photo Multiplier Tube that was upgraded to a Multi Pixel Photon Counter.
A Local Publicity Stand was created based in the Neuros OSD Platform. For this project a back end was implemented using Amazon Web Services to feed the publicity video clips and other dynamic content on the fly to the Local Publicty Stand. We also developped games that can be played in the platform by using cellphones.
For this projects our AGA (American Gas Association) libraries were ported to run as block functions under the EZStudio Programming environment for an embedded industrial computer. The AGA 3 (Orifice Metering of Natural Gas), AGA 7 (Measurement of Natural Gas by Turbine Meter), AGA 8 (Compressibility Factor of Natural Gas and Related Hydrocarbon Gases) and AGA 9 (Measurement of Gas by Multipath Ultrasonic Meters) were implemented as easy to use blocks.
A Java applet and a service were created to enable users to program in a graphical environment, SMS (Short Message Service) applications. The Java applet would load in any PC with a Internet Browser and the Java Virtual Machine Installed and would allow to program SMS Applications and link the application to real phone numbers in real time.
